Frequently asked questions
Are you a daycare centre?+
No. The sitter comes to the family home. We do not operate a physical childcare centre.
Is a request confirmed immediately?+
No. A suitable sitter must accept and the team must review the match.
What is the minimum duration?+
Standard, evening, weekend and urgent care have a four-hour minimum. Holiday care averages six hours.
Do you offer school transport or tracking?+
No. Driving children, live tracking and video monitoring are not standard launch services.
What if no sitter is available?+
You receive a clear update quickly. We do not finalise payment for unconfirmed care.
