Safety is not optional

Trust needs processes, not slogans

Parents trust us with their greatest responsibility. That is why selection, matching, data use and escalation are visible.

Parents discuss care instructions with their babysitter

Babysitter Aan Huis is not a daycare centre. We provide flexible childcare at home with a babysitter who travels to your family.

1

Sitter review

Identity, profile, references, relevant experience and required documents are reviewed before activation. We do not publish unconfirmed certification claims.

2

Minimum necessary data

Before acceptance, sitters only see what is needed to assess the shift. Sensitive notes and documents remain private with role-based access.

3

Emergency information

Each confirmed booking contains parent contact, an emergency contact, relevant allergies and essential care instructions.

4

Incidents and service recovery

Incidents have a case, timeline and follow-up. If a sitter cancels, a targeted replacement and support task begins.

5

What must be confirmed before launch

Insurance, employment model, payroll, screening documents, emergency line, privacy processing and contracts must be signed off before live bookings.
